England Vs Netherlands

The Netherlands enjoyed their supreme day in international cricket as they strikingly thrashed the hosts England by four wickets in the opening match of the ICC World
T20 at Lord's

The opening ceremony was abandoned due to the rain. The Dutch won the toss and decided to field first. The condition was cloudy and the outfield was wet. The England openers did a good job by scoring 102 for the first wicket. Later they lost their way. England batted first and scored 162 for five in their 20overs. The Dutch won the match by scoring 163 for six in reply

It was a thrilling match and was finished in great way. The Dutch wanted seven off the final over. There was some poor fielding from the England side especially from board as he missed the run out chances and dropped catches. Dutch need 2 runs from last ball and they took it to win the match.

It was very surprised to see that not even a single six was featured in England innings. While the Dutch managed to hit 2 sixes.

England will face Pakistan in their next match at oval.
